WHAT TO BRING
Your pet’s regular food
Helps maintain their usual diet and prevents digestive issues. Forgot their food? No worries— We will be happy to pick it up from the store or you can order it from our retail shop or you can have it delivered to us. (at pet owner’s expense).
Feeding schedule details
We feed your pet at approximately 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with an optional nap-time treat if requested. All meals are prepared exactly as instructed to meet your pet’s dietary needs. We’ll accommodate any special dietary needs your pet may have.
Special dietary or medical items
If your pet has allergies or requires specific preparation, we’re happy to accommodate it.
Bedding or comfort items
Bring a blanket or bed that smells like home to help your pet settle in.
Please note: while we do our best, we cannot guarantee bedding will return in the same condition.
DOG BOARDING SERVICES
All Dog Boarding Includes the following:
Individual playtime daily with pet-loving staff
Medication administering if needed (no shots)
Water provided 24/7
A/C and Heating
Dogs are let outside in individual & secure pens multiple times throughout the day
Access to daycare (up to date on vaccines, flea prevention, and get along with other dogs)
Complimentary bath (moisturizing shampoo and cologne spritz)
Both packages come with comfy & secure individual accommodations with calming spray upon arrival. Choose between Standard Suites and Premium Suites.
Premium Suite is only for large & medium dogs & has doggy door for outside access. Suites are cleaned & disinfected daily. Pets are placed in specific rooms by our staff to keep everyone safe! If pets are not picked up by 6:00 P.M. pet will stay the night and be charge for the extra night.

Drop off and pick up hours for Boarding and daycare are Monday - Sunday 7:30 AM to 6:00 pm. If we are closed, then hours are 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM to 1:00PM, and 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 pm. You are also welcome to drop off/pick up any time between grooming hours.

If you would like a haircut we require appointments. For baths and single services, we accept walk-ins only if time is permitting.

You can bring us food or order the food and have it shipped to the pet station. We can also go pick up food from the store at the owners expense.

Yes, we do recommend vaccinations and require them for play time with other pets. We will turn away any pet that looks sick.
