Meet & Greet Requirements

All dogs must complete a Meet & Greet evaluation to ensure they are friendly and comfortable in our environment.

  • Dogs 7 months and older must be spayed/neutered.

  • Meet & Greets are by appointment only and take 15–30 minutes.

  • Once approved, your pup can join DayCamp or Boarding anytime.

  • We recommend attending at least once a week to stay acclimated—evaluations do expire.

Vaccine Requirements

All dogs must be current on:

  • Rabies

  • Distemper

  • Bordetella

  • Canine Influenza

Updated vaccine records must be provided at the Meet & Greet.

If your dog cannot receive certain vaccines, please notify us in advance.

DayCamp Policies

  • Spay/Neuter: All dogs are recommended to be spayed or neutered for group play.

  • Vaccinations: Must be current on all required vaccines.

  • Flea Prevention: Must be on flea medication.

  • Safe Gear: Quick-release (breakaway) collars are required

  • Late Cancellation: A full daycare day will be charged for cancellations made after 7:00 AM on the same day.

  • Packages: All daycare packages are non-refundable.

  • Late Pickup: Pickups after 6:00 PM will incur an automatic boarding fee for that night.

These requirements and policies help us maintain a healthy, safe, and fair environment for all our daycare dogs and their families.

DAYCAMP EVENTS

  • Drop off and pick up hours for Boarding and daycare are Monday - Sunday 7:30 AM to 6:00 pm. If we are closed, then hours are 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM to 1:00PM, and 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 pm. You are also welcome to drop off/pick up any time between grooming hours.

  • You don't need a reservation. Just make sure you drop in between business hours.

  • Please give us a 24 hour notice if needing to cancel.

  • You are more than welcome to call, text, or email us to check on your pet. We will also send a report card on how the pet is doing.
