Our Service Philosophy
Your pet care is fully customizable. We tailor every visit to your pet's unique needs and your specific instructions. During our Virtual Meet & Greet, we'll discuss all the details to ensure a perfect fit. For complex or lengthy task lists, we may recommend a longer visit to ensure the best care.

During every home visit, your pet sitter will:
Provide Essentials: Feed your pet(s) and refill with fresh water.
Administer Care: Give medications as instructed.
Ensure Comfort: Provide supervised potty breaks.
Offer Enrichment: Engage in playtime and companionship.
Follow Instructions: Adhere precisely to your personalized care plan.
Keep You Updated: Send at least one daily picture and update via text or email (upon request).

Visit Length & Pricing
Clients who maintain recurring scheduled service with three (3) or more service days per week are entitled to daily pricing.
Max time per visit: 20 minutes
Periodic/Holiday Visits: $50 (2 visits included)
Standard Visits: $36 (2 visits included)
Additional Pets
Total of 6-10 pets: $10 extra per day.

Extended Visit: +$10 per 10 minutes

Extended Care Visits
We offer extended "Wake Up" and "Bedtime" visits outside of standard hours for an additional fee.
Hours: Monday – Sunday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekdays: +$8 per visit
Wake Up: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
Bedtime: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekends: +$15 per visit
Wake Up: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
Bedtime: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Standard Visits: $36 (2 visits included)
Holiday Visits: $50 (2 visits included)
Boarding Upgrade: +$4 upgrade

We care for all types of pets from big to small.

We serve all areas in a 20 mile radius of Pet District.

Depending on the severity of the situation, you will be called as well as the authorities.

Only the people taking care of your house will have access to your key and any security systems. We always have you give us a temporary code to any alarms. The information does get shredded once we are done providing care.
